Configure Cameroon APN Internet On Your Mobile Phone (MTN, ORANGE, CAMTEL, NEXXTTEL)

MOBILE INTERNET ACCESS POINT NAME (APN) CONFIGURATION MTN, ORANGE, CAMTEL, NEXTTEL


  Welcome to my mobile phone settings environment where you will find different options to help configure Internet settings on your mobile. Always refer to your handset user guide in order to setup Internet parameters on your mobile.

 To configure your 3G mobile or 3G dongle to browse internet or to send MMS with Mobile Internet in Cameroon apply the APN settings below depending on your handset and mobile operator.


ANDROID DEVICES

 For android devices, Go to Settings> Click on More Settings

 Click On Mobile Networks

 To Enable 3G, 4G and LTE, switch your network mode to 'Automatic'
Click on Access Point Names

Click on the + icon to configure your new apn

Name according to your network operator
For Apn (No CAPSLOCK/Capital Letters)

MTN
Name: MTN
APN: mtnwap
username: mtnuser
password: mtnuser
aunthentication type: CHAP

Orange
Name: Orange
APN: orange
username: orange
password: orange
authentication type: CHAP

NEXTTEL
name: NEXTTEL
APN: n-connect
authentication type: CHAP

Then Save

IOS DEVICES (iPHONES)

Its automatic.
Go to settings, then cellular, Cellular Data Options, and switch voice and data to 3G
